Planar is seeking a detail-oriented Government Sales Operations Specialist to support their Federal, State, and Local government sales efforts. This role involves managing opportunities, quotes, and reports, ensuring compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of government procurement processes.
Create and maintain Federal, State, and Local government opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
Administer the Government Deal Registration program on Teams Government.
Enter opportunity, quote, and sold opportunity information in Salesforce.
Review daily orders to ensure correct end-user ownership.
Update open opportunities quarterly.
Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports.
Provide weekly revenue and backlog data to the government team.
Participate in CPG calls.
Prepare government orders for accurate routing.
Serve as the primary contact for order lookups.
Work with legal on SAM renewals.
