As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives, execution, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview:**
The Sales Operations Specialist will support our sales team in achieving commercial operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in driving sales performance through data-driven insights, CRM management, process optimization, and sales reporting.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Analyze sales performance data, trends, KPIs and provide actionable insights to management
Support forecasting processes and revenue planning
Ensure data integrity and optimal usage of CRM systems
Maintain user access, workflows, and reports
Support training of sales team on tools and systems
Evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and alignment with company strategy
Implement automation where possible in order processing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices across the teams that are involved in execution of sales.
Prepare and coordinate materials for sales reviews, KPIs meetings, and business planning
Support contract workflows, pricing controls.
Liaise with Marketing for performance analysis and marketing activities (participation in events, exhibitions etc.).
Coordinate with Finance on commission schemes, pricing validation, and sales reconciliations
Work with IT and Operations to ensure data accuracy and system integration
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial roles
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
Prior involvement in supporting B2B sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental studies, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
Advanced MS Office user
Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
Clear communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
