Prescott’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize the Performance of their Commercial Sales organization. This role focuses on improving sales pipeline, improving internal sales teams, and providing strategic insights to drive data-driven decisions. The manager will oversee Sales Operations systems, lead team development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Supervise and develop the Inside Sales Lead Generation team.
Lead and manage the Renewal and Warranty Conversion inside sales team.
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
Serve as the primary functional administrator for the CRM system.
Oversee the accuracy and quality of customer master data.
Streamline sales operations processes.
Develop and deliver executive-level reports.
