5+ years in Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven ownership of forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance modeling
Track record of process improvement and automation with measurable impact
Experience supporting SMB and Enterprise motions
Executive-ready communication and strong cross-functional influence
Tools and Skills: Salesforce fluency, AI and automation, Data and BI (Tableau/Metabase), Sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper, HubSpot)
