We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to align New Business, Marketing, and Customer Success and build a scalable engine for growth.
In this role, you’ll:
Build reporting and funnel insights from lead → renewal to improve forecasting and conversion
Audit and optimise GTM processes, removing bottlenecks and introducing scalable automation
Own the CRM and revenue tech stack, ensuring clean data, strong governance, and usability
Improve sales & marketing alignment (attribution, lead scoring, segmentation, enablement)
Support quarterly/annual planning with data-driven models and KPI cadences
Ideal background:
3+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / similar in B2B SaaS (developer tools a plus)
Strong analytics + operational chops, comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional leadership
