We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
As a Business Systems Analyst at Pure Storage, you will serve as a strategic architect of efficiency, bridging the gap between complex business needs and powerful ServiceNow capabilities. Based in our thriving Prague office, you will join a global team dedicated to dismantling operational silos and building scalable, high-value digital workflows. This role is not about simply documenting requests; it’s about partnering with cross-functional leaders in IT, HR, and Customer Operations to redefine how our organization functions. You will lead the charge in translating vision into technical reality, ensuring our ServiceNow platform remains a world-class engine for growth and innovation.
Drive Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure ServiceNow roadmaps directly support Pure’s global business objectives.
Architect "To-Be" Processes: Lead high-impact workshops to deconstruct "As-Is" pain points and design optimized, future-state workflows that leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality.
Own the Agile Lifecycle: Transform abstract business needs into high-quality epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria, managing a prioritized backlog that balances speed with long-term platform health.
Guide Solution Design: Partner with Developers and Architects to review configurations, ensuring all technical builds align with ITIL/CSDM best practices and security standards.
Lead Validation & Adoption: Define and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management strategies to ensure new features are not just "deployed" but fully embraced by the end-user community.
Optimize Platform Performance: Analyze post-deployment data and user feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous service improvement (CSI).
Deep ServiceNow Expertise: You have a 5+ years of related experience specifically focused on cloud-based enterprise applications, with a heavy emphasis on the ServiceNow ecosystem (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM).
Advanced Analytical Reasoning: Ability to evaluate complex, variable factors and exercise expert judgment to select the best methods for obtaining results.
Stakeholder Influence: You are a skilled communicator capable of changing the thinking of others and gaining acceptance in sensitive situations without damaging relationships.
Technical Literacy: You have a strong understanding of how to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Identity Management) and can navigate data dependencies with ease.
Agile Proficiency: You are a veteran of Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe), comfortable using tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile to coordinate activities across global teams.
Process Mastery: You have a "Career-level" understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL/CSDM) and how to apply them to solve diverse, large-scale organizational problems.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
