The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for building the foundation of Marketing Operations at ParetoHealth, championing best-in-class process, project management, and marketing technology initiatives.
6–8 years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, and/or related roles.
Experience with leading a high-performing marketing operations function—focused on clarity, accountability, and the connection between daily execution and strategic goals.
Strong proficiency with Asana (or equivalent PM software) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
Experience reporting marketing effectiveness and actionable performance metrics.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
