We're looking for a Working Student to join our EMEA Central Sales Operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to real business outcomes. You'll support our team with data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks while learning how a high-growth technology company operates.
What You'll Do
Support pipeline and forecast reporting by gathering data, and helping prepare insights for leadership reviews
Assist with data quality and account management tasks, including validating account information and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Help prepare presentations and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews and other team meetings
Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects and support the team with day-to-day operational tasks
What You'll Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Good working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization and AI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
Available to work 20 hours per week
Previous work experience in Sales Operations, Finance roles is a plus
