Workana is seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This high-impact role will connect strategy with execution, ensuring that projects deliver measurable revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams within the US real estate investment space and is fully remote in Mexico City.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments.
Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business teams.
Highly execution-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
