They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize their marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making. This role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and a strong analytical mindset.
Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution.
Design scalable processes to support both mid-market and enterprise campaigns.
Align marketing metrics with business outcomes.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with proven B2B business services experience.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up, not just maintaining existing systems.
