They will optimize sales processes, analyze performance data, and act as a liaison between the Sales team and various departments. This role focuses on proactive request management, data analysis, and ensuring efficient processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of leadership experience.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Understanding of standard quote-to-cash processes.
Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge.
Process expertise with quote-to-cash workflows.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
