To continue scaling, we need clean data, clear processes, and well-founded decisions. That’s why we are looking for a Working Student Revenue Operations (RevOps) to strengthen the operational core of our Revenue team together with our Chief of Staff.
In this role, you will work across the entire revenue bow tie – from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success – and help take data quality, analytics, and processes to the next level. You will build the foundations that are critical for growth, transparency, and investor reporting.
You expand and structure revenue-relevant data (companies, contacts, deals) using scraping, enrichment tools, APIs, and other data sources
You analyze, model, and automate revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success (including pipelines, properties, and workflows), with a strong focus on AI-powered tools
You design, build, and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs, and data models for internal steering, forecasting, and investor reporting
You conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives (e.g., funnel and conversion analyses, deal reviews, cohort analyses)

you feel comfortable in an early-stage startup setup, even when not everything is perfectly defined
you are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and available for at least 12 more months
experience with no-/low-code and AI-powered automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, LLM tools)
experience with web scraping, data enrichment, and working with external data sources
confident working with data, KPIs, and analytical tasks (e.g., reports, dashboards, analyses)
basic understanding of revenue metrics and processes (e.g., pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, funnel)
experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
highly structured, analytical, and independent working style
first practical experience in a startup, scale-up, consulting, or operations-/data-related environment
fluent in English
