Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Affiliate Program Coordinator to support both TikTok Shop efforts and broader affiliate initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with the Community and TikTok Shop teams to help manage the affiliate network by tracking performance, maintaining internal records, and assisting with campaign logistics.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to gain practical experience in affiliate marketing, community building, and who resonates strongly with the brand’s product and audience.
Support in sourcing new affiliates.
Manage affiliate CRM & automations.
Track affiliate performance, content, and campaign impact.
Support segmentation and reporting for affiliate programs.
Review sample requests and assist with campaign logistics.
Provide general admin support.
2 years marketing experience, preferably with influencer/affiliate programs.
Experience with Klayvio (CRM & segmentation) and TikTok Shop.
Understanding of email CRM
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Strategic thinker with excellent time management and collaboration skills.
Comfortable learning new marketing tools and processes quickly.
Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in influencer or affiliate marketing and software (i.e. Euka, Grin, Aspire).
Familiarity with CRM tools beyond Klaviyo (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
