Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Own CPQ setup: products, bundles, pricing, discount rules, approvals, and quote templates
Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and scalable automation
Optimize Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, and Case workflows
Configure Service Cloud case management, routing, and escalations
Build reports and dashboards for sales, revenue, and support metrics
Maintain data quality, security, and system performance
Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Support, and Leadership teams
Advanced English
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong hands-on experience with:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Salesforce CPQ
Solid expertise in Salesforce Flow, reporting, and security model
Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
Experience supporting complex or fast-growing Salesforce orgs
Familiarity with RevOps or subscription-based business models
