About the Role**
We’re partnering with our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how industrial organizations plan and manage their operations. As the company continues to scale its go-to-market motion, they are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and operational excellence to a growing sales team.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue, and Operations. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable processes, improving data quality, and enabling sales leadership with the insights needed to drive predictable growth.
Own and optimize sales processes across the full funnel (lead → close → expansion)
Manage and improve CRM usage, data integrity, and reporting
Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on pipeline, targets, and performance
Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation tracking
Identify friction points in the sales process and implement scalable solutions
Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools (CRM, enablement, analytics)
Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership during a key growth phase
2–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company is required
Startup experience is essential (comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
A builder mentality — you enjoy creating processes, not just running them
