3+ years of experience in a hands-on role
Experience in marketing operations, sales automation, business systems management, data engineering, marketing/sales analyst, or similar roles
Experience with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and automation tools (Clay, AirOps, Zapier)
Proficiency in SQL
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
