Fluent in English (and Dutch) or equivalent
4-6 years of HubSpot and revenue operations tooling experience
CRM data models and reporting in depth
Ability to build and manage reporting dashboards
Comfortable with APIs and iPaaS tools
Strong ownership and autonomy
Clear communication and technical understanding
HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub & Operations Hub required)
