The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports sales processes by generating insights through analytics, KPIs, and metrics. Builds foundational knowledge of sales operations, systems, and strategy. Perform standard and non-standard tasks with general guidance from senior staff. Strong advanced knowledge and understanding of sales and sales operations processes, system functionality, sales operations strategy.
What you will do:

Report on key performance indicators and metrics to assess sales effectiveness and achievement of the function’s goals and objectives
Generate insights through analytics and deliver actionable data to stakeholders using various applications (Power BI, PPT, XLS)
Support the periodic territory alignment process
Execute the sales quota/growth setting process
Support sale teams on general order credit/commissions inquiries, investigations, and order credit/commissions adjustments
Key liaison between sales team, sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management
Analyze external data sources to support sales strategies and programs
Provide cross-functional business support through ad hoc analysis and guidance, including customer solutions, Model N, and Distributor Tracing sources to sales reps, regional managers, and sales leadership
Enhance processes, metrics, and responsibilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sales growth through cross-functional partnerships.
Educate and train sales management/reps on systems and processes
Assist in revenue forecasting for Sage, including analyzing historical data and current trends and developing strategies to maximize revenue attainment.

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
2+ years’ relevant experience required
Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, and reporting
Proficient in Excel, sales systems, and data modeling, with a strong ability to analyze and generate insights
$69,500 - $122000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
