The position is highly remote, requiring collaboration with teams in Latin America, and involves managing concurrent workstreams such as CRM optimization, AI-driven automation, and process improvement.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments
Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives
Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)
Exceptional communication skills
Highly execution-oriented
Fluent English
