As a Sales Enablement Associate, you will support the development and delivery of sales enablement initiatives across Yodeck’s Revenue organization. Working closely with the Head of Sales Enablement, you will contribute to onboarding, training, content updates, and coaching programs that empower our revenue teams to perform at their best. This role offers broad exposure across Revenue and cross-functional teams, while giving you the opportunity to help build a scalable and impactful Revenue Academy.
Support the delivery and rollout of onboarding, training, workshops, and enablement programs.
Assist with session faciliation, materials preparation, and post-session follow up.
Contribute to the reinforcement of sales skills through role-plays, call reviews, and coaching activities.
Maintain and update enablement content (sales playbooks, processes documentations, guides, training decks, onboarding materials, etc.).
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to support enablement initiatives.
Assist the Head of Sales Enablement in coordinating programs, projects, and initiatives.
Track program participation, completion, and feedback, and contribite to program improvements.
1+ years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or revenue-adjacent role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable facilitating groups, coaching peers, or supporting in training sessions.
Proficiency with sales or enablement tools (CRM, LMS, content management systems or similar).
Comfortable working across multiple revenue functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDICC, BANT, or similar frameworks)
Exposure to B2B SaaS or tech sales environments (preferred, not required)
Interest in career growth in sales enablement
Experience designing or updating training content
