Sprinto is seeking a visionary Marketing Operations & Automation Leader to own and scale their global marketing operations. This role combines marketing strategy, operations, and advanced automation, building a world-class revenue engine using AI-first thinking. The position focuses on designing and managing automated growth stacks, building intelligent systems, and driving pipeline growth while maintaining alignment with business goals.
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology leadership roles.
Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM tech ecosystem.
Proven track record of designing and managing end-to-end lead management processes.
Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Pebbly, Zapier, Pabbly) and no-code orchestration.
Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or similar LLM frameworks for marketing optimization.
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and JSON to enable custom integrations.
Significant experience operating in global B2B SaaS environments.
Exposure to B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and sales alignment.
Bonus: Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying AI agents for marketing use cases.
