Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related roles.
Minimum 10 years of experience forecasting, incentive design, and CRM management.
Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Strong command of analytics and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL).
