Workana is seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This high-impact role will connect strategy and execution, ensuring impactful revenue growth. The role involves managing concurrent workstreams, including CRM optimization, sales enablement, and data-driven automation.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments
Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives
Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business teams
Highly execution-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
