The role involves transforming existing tools like HubSpot and Omni Analytics into a robust system, implementing AI, building reporting infrastructure, and optimizing team productivity through automation and process improvement.
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
Ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce implementation
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with guidance
SQL knowledge (Bonus)
