2+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing automation, or sales tech
Deep familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo.io, and Lemlist (or similar)
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills and Apps Script
Understanding of email deliverability, lead sourcing, and enrichment workflows
Analytical skills, proactive communication, and a proactive communicator
