Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Amazon EMEA (People Leader – UX & Experience)**
The Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja drives our products through Amazon platforms across Europe — from setup, content, optimisation, and creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness. We strive to deliver best-in-class content and a seamless customer journey that translates into high visibility, strong conversion, and long-term brand growth.
We are seeking a senior, strategic, and collaborative marketing operations manager to own the operational excellence of our Amazon marketing ecosystem across EMEA. This role will be responsible for enabling high-performing campaign execution, delivering customer-first digital experiences, and driving scalable best practices across merchandising, creative development, demand generation and investment governance.
This role will also lead and manage a dedicated UX team of four, ensuring the Amazon customer journey is continuously optimised through exceptional design, digital shelf innovation, and experience excellence.
This is a highly cross-functional senior role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creative effectiveness, operational rigor, budget ownership and people development.
In the role of Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the center of taking SharkNinja’s Amazon marketing to the next level across on-site and off-site demand generation activations. Your remit will focus on building competitive advantage through customer engagement, merchandising strategy, performance insights, creative innovation, team leadership, and end-to-end marketing investment management.
Team Leadership & UX Management
Lead, coach, and develop a UX team of four, ensuring delivery of high-impact customer experience improvements across Amazon
Set clear priorities, workflows, and performance expectations to support scalable execution across PDPs, Brand Stores, and campaign creative
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure UX design aligns with Amazon standards and delivers against commercial objectives
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer-first thinking across the UX and marketing operations functions
Own Amazon EMEA retail merchandising, driving digital shelf excellence through optimized onsite experience, customer engagement, and conversion performance
Oversee UX strategy across product detail pages, Brand Stores, and merchandising touchpoints
Create a feedback loop to continuously monitor customer reviews and insights, utilizing learnings to inform content updates and product enhancements
Oversee the development of Amazon Brand Stores and implementation of new design concepts ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhanced customer experience
Collaborate with Amazon vendor teams to manage and optimize marketing accrual investment, ensuring spend is tied to measurable customer and conversion impact
Own and develop a UX roadmap for Amazon EMEA, defining the long-term evolution of the customer journey across PDPs, Brand Stores, and merchandising touchpoints
Build and operationalize a UX test-and-learn framework, ensuring continuous improvement through structured experimentation, learning agendas, and scalable best practices
Partner closely with Analytics, Creative, Category, and Media teams to identify high-impact experience opportunities that improve conversion, engagement, and basket size
Establish a pipeline of UX hypotheses across navigation, storytelling, content effectiveness, and merchandising enhancements, prioritizing based on business impact and customer insight
Lead regular performance reviews of UX initiatives, using quantitative and qualitative inputs including customer feedback, conversion trends, and competitive benchmarking
Translate test results into actionable recommendations and roll out winning experiences across the broader portfolio
Ensure UX learnings are documented and shared across teams to drive organizational capability and standardization
Partner with Content and SEO teams to ensure UX enhancements are supported by best-in-class copy, discoverability and keyword strategy across the digital shelf
Serve as a key liaison with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective campaign launches
Collaborate with Creative and UX counterparts on continued development of campaign assets through a robust test-and-learn process
Monitor digital shelf trends, share of voice, and conversion rate performance across categories
Oversee landing page and experience optimizations to ensure alignment with advertising goals and drive impact across key KPIs
Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify growth opportunities leveraging tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud and key technology partners
Implement and track content, UX, and SEO test-and-learns through A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Own operational project management for all digital retail needs, including marketing content, landing pages, display banners, and retailer creative
Maintain expertise across commerce platforms CommerceIQ, Stackline, Helium10, and related tools
Own the Amazon EMEA marketing investment to include accrual and non-working budgets across, merchandising and creative execution
Lead planning and performance tracking of Amazon review samples spend
Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Amazon Vendor teams to manage marketing accrual budgets, ensuring accurate governance, transparency, and ROI measurement
Oversee agency and partner spend management, ensuring investments align with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
Identify opportunities to optimize spend allocation through incrementality analysis, test-and-learn insights, and performance benchmarking
Minimum 6+ years experience across Amazon content, SEO, merchandising, and Amazon Advertising
Proven success managing large, complex item catalogues within the consumer goods industry
Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into strategic action
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Results-oriented mindset with focus on performance marketing objectives, incremental ROAS, and new customer acquisition
