Responsibilities:

• Marketing timeline management: Develop and maintain comprehensive various marketing project timelines that outline key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Continuously monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing strategies to keep projects on track.
• Cross teams coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including R&D, business units, and executive management. Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and efficient execution of project tasks.
• Experience with running and managing large-scale global marketing projects: As an owner of marketing calendars, assist in the strategic planning of requirements and material preparation.
• Documentation ownership: Take ownership of various documentation needs for both internal and external facing files. Maintain high-quality documentation.
• Continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within project management practices. Regularly review and enhance methodologies, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborative leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Support professional growth and development, contributing to a positive and motivated team culture.
• Budget oversight: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage project budgets effectively. Monitor expenses, address budget-related challenges, and optimize resource allocation to maximize project outcomes.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in project management or marketing operations within the banking, fintech or related industry. Prior experience in the blockchain industry is preferred, showcasing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain.
• Demonstrated experience in successful project management, emphasizing meticulous project planning and design. Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the delivery of projects within scope and on time.
• Proven experience in object-oriented analysis, design, and software development is a significant advantage. A strong technical foundation will enhance your ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand complex technical requirements.
• Possess a strong business orientation, with the capacity to synthesize information from diverse sources and translate it into actionable project strategies. The ability to align project goals with broader business objectives is crucial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Your interpersonal skills and presentation abilities will contribute to effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Language Proficiency: Comfortable communication skills in both English and Mandarin are necessary to engage with a diverse team and potentially communicate with international stakeholders.
