5+ years of experience in performance marketing and website optimisation
Skilled in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with strong attribution knowledge
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and Looker Studio
Proven track record in improving funnel conversion and commercial outcomes
Ability to work with the Website Product Owner to deliver improved user journeys
Experience with CRM segmentation and remarketing
High attention to detail with the ability to provide clear recommendations
Experience with advanced data tagging, measurement, and optimisation to deliver on growth and profitability
Strong understanding of CRO techniques, A/B testing, and UX design principles
Familiarity with headless CMS technology
