Kate Farms is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics to drive scalable growth through operational support, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The role will work closely with sales leadership to build systems, optimize revenue, and improve customer contracts. It is a full-time, remote position reporting to the team leader.
Develop and implement revenue operations strategies
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to analyze revenue performance
Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards
Lead the effort to evolve the maturity of the customer contract sales data
