We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to own systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion. The role involves transforming existing tools like HubSpot and Omni into a scalable revenue engine, reporting on key business drivers, and optimizing team productivity. This is a foundational role for the first role and is remote.
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
Ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce implementation
Process-oriented mindset with design and automation skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Self-starter with guidance but doesn’t need hand-holding
SQL knowledge (Bonus)
Familiarity with AI tools (Bonus)
Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products (Bonus)
