10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
5+ years in a senior or executive-level role
Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and performance analytics
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams
Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
