This role drives the enforcement of new commercial policies for our Audience Measurement business, impacting $600 million in annual revenue across 2,000 deals, while partnering with the business to implement pricing remediation and establishing metrics to track policy adherence and deal desk performance.
Detailed key activities
Analyze and evaluate deals, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines
Analyze deal structures, pricing models and discounting strategies to assess financial impact and profitability
Develop and maintain deal desk policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence across the commercial org
Identify potential risks, issues and inconsistencies in deals and provide recommendations for resolution
Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and other cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure deal accuracy
Provide training and guidance to the sales team on deal desk policies, processes and tools
Required skills
3+ years of work experience with relevant experience in deal desk roles / financial analyst roles
Strong understanding of sales processes and deal structures
Proficiency in using SalesForce systems, contract management tools, and data analytics software
Excellent stakeholder management and people management toolkit to drive team performance
Willingness to travel
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Excellent english communication skills
