About the Role We are hiring a Lead U.S. Sales Operations to run the execution side of our sales operation. This role owns the flow between deal qualification, proposal readiness, closer dispatch, and sales quality control. You will manage people, decisions, and communication in a where speed and accuracy directly impact revenue.
This is not an administrative role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives under pressure, understands sales, and can make fast, confident decisions.
Key Responsibilities**
Own daily sales operations execution
Oversee proposal flow to ensure speed and accuracy
Manage a team responsible for reviewing sales calls and deal context
Decide whether opportunities are:
Qualified for a closer
Disqualified due to property or qualification issues
Needing follow-up or additional information
Control closer dispatch and appointment readiness
Serve as the main Q&A and escalation point for sales reps and closers
Maintain clear, fast communication across teams
Enforce quality standards without slowing sales velocity
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
Strong sales instincts and deal-qualification judgment
Confident, decisive, and comfortable operating under pressure
Able to manage teams and drive accountability
Thrives in fast-paced, execution-heavy sales environments

Required Experience**
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or Revenue Operations
Background in high-volume or fast-paced sales environments
Experience managing sales processes and internal teams
Strong understanding of sales workflows and qualification logic
