We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our IT–GTM (Go-To-Market) Application Services organization. In this role, you will partner with Sales Operations, Partner Operations and Product Management in optimizing sales and related processes. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, GTM Systems & Solutions, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and a key contributor to the evolution of our Sales and Partner ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution.
Design and implement scalable systems that enable Sales capabilities to streamline sales motions and improve deal velocity.
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable solutions
Partner with Sales Operations, Partner Operations, and Product Management to define and execute the IT and Business roadmap. Ensure initiatives are delivered against clearly defined SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
Build strong rapport and credibility across business, and technical teams. Drive alignment by fostering trust and ensuring seamless communication across GTM and supporting organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using a consultative approach to improve collaboration, identify process inefficiencies, and drive adoption of technology solutions that scale with business growth.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce within an IT or technology-driven organization
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Close processes.
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional design documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week to foster stronger team collaboration and alignment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Experience with CPQ
Knowledge of Marketing, Quote-to-Cash processes, Partner Partner Ecosystem, EDI
Salesforce certifications (preferred):
Salesforce Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Familiarity with integrations (ERP, Billing, Marketing Automation).

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$126,000—$189,000 USD
