This role is pivotal in driving sales process governance, performance reporting, and revenue integrity for Experian ANZ. You’ll partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize systems, ensure compliance, and deliver actionable insights that support commercial success.
Strong experience in Salesforce administration and reporting.
Knowledge of sales processes, governance, and incentive management.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data validation and forecasting.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with revenue recognition and contract governance is a plus.
Support process improvement rollouts and ensure alignment with sales policies.
Support in partnering with the Sales team and deliver insights to drive NB pipeline
Prepare and maintain Salesforce dashboards (Team, Individual, BU).
Deliver insights through reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and customer trends.
Execute the NPS Customer Experience (CX) program and support engagement analysis.
Assist with forecasting and revenue tracking to support commercial clarity.
Own Salesforce data management, workflows, and system hygiene.
Review and validate opportunity values to ensure alignment with pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition policies.
Possess minimum of 4 years+ of experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial finance.
Advanced Excel and Salesforce skills; experience with dashboards and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
