We are seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to own Tableau and drive the BI strategy within our SaaS GTM team. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with Data Engineers and BI Analysts. The successful candidate will build, optimize dashboards, and translate insights into clear business recommendations. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Berlin, Germany.

6+ years in BI, data science, or GTM analytics roles, preferably in SaaS environments
Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end ownership)
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Python/R, and modern ETL tools
Experience applying data science methods (predictive analytics, clustering, regression, time-series forecasting)
Strong command of SaaS GTM metrics and lifecycle analytics
