We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate data management, and effective collaboration across multiple departments. · Own order form creation and preparation for B2B SaaS deals, ensuring accuracy of pricing, subscription terms, products, and contract details
· Create, edit, and format order forms using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency with approved templates and legal standards
· Support the bookings process end-to-end, validating that deals meet RevOps, Finance, and approval requirements prior to close
· Partner with Sales and Finance to confirm booking readiness, including deal structure, discount approvals, and required documentation
· Ensure booked deals are accurately and completely reflected in Salesforce, with compliant opportunity, product, and contract data
· Perform quality checks on bookings data, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact revenue reporting, billing, or downstream systems
· Maintain documentation and follow RevOps standard operating procedures related to bookings and order form creation
· Support pipeline management and hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC), including opportunity setup, stage progression, close dates, and required fields
· Assist Account Executives with opportunity creation and maintenance to ensure pipeline data accuracy prior to deal execution
· Monitor pipeline data quality and flag issues that could impact forecasting visibility
· Run and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support RevOps processes
· Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to Sales teams, including guidance on opportunity setup and process adherence
· B2B SaaS revenue motions including new business, expansion/uplifts and renewals
· Understanding of how pipeline converts to bookings within a subscription-based revenue model
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Opportunities, Products, Price Books, and Reports
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and maintaining order forms and sales documentation
· Strong attention to detail when working with pricing, contracts, and booking data
· Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow defined RevOps workflows
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce. (Orders management, pipelines, etc)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
