We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that drive our go-to-market motion. The role focuses on building and optimizing the revenue engine through CRM, AI, and reporting tools. This is a foundational position requiring collaboration with the GTM leadership team to transform existing operations.
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
Ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce implementation
Process-oriented mindset with ability to design workflows
Strong analytical skills with reporting/dashboarding experience
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter who thrives with guidance
SQL knowledge (Bonus)
Experience with AI tools (Bonus)
Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics or similar tools (Bonus)
