Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive accuracy, efficiency, and structure behind the sales engine for a fast-growing performance marketing and media agency. The role involves maintaining CRM data integrity, optimizing workflows, producing performance insights, and coordinating lead follow-ups to support the sales team. The company is focused on building long-term careers with visionary founders.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM/SDR support (or an Excel Wizard!)
Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization.
Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
