The Sales Operations team is at the center of our business, and is responsible for ensuring the operational and strategic success of our Sales teams and partners. As a Summer Intern on this team, you’ll play a vital role in providing recommendations on how our teams can better operate day-to-day, while helping implement plans to achieve Amplitude’s long-term strategic priorities. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Use data to analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to influence decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, SDR, customer success, partner and other operations teams to support operational initiatives.
Evaluate and optimize processes and workflows to improve effectiveness/efficiency
Manage 1-2 special projects aligned with your interests and development goals
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
Prepare and deliver updates to work and progress weekly.

An interest in business operations and strategy
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Availability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week summer program.
Ability to relocate to San Francisco and work from our HQ on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office per week).
