Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
Duties:
Gather and validates business / technology requirements to establish scope and parameters of requirements and define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers / project team
Create systems and business process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
Skills:
Familiar with ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing system would be great to have

Technical Acumen
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
Pay Range: $18-26/hour
