As the Turkey Sales Operations Lead, the main responsibility is to lead Turkey Sales operations team and partner with commercial leadership to improve Sales Force efficiency and performance by providing valuable insights through leveraging internal and external data including IQVIA, CRM, and other data sources. The role involves analyzing and interpreting data, regularly sharing detailed reports with key stakeholders with observations and actionable comments.
Act as an ambassador for SF effectiveness, working with sales management to provide data-driven guidance to Sales and Marketing for improved efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to size the sales force and evaluate performance
Collaborate with Sales Management on the design of the sales targeting process for each brand, proactively identify gaps & provide solutions
Lead the Sales Operations Associate to prepare Sales Force (SF) Effectiveness Reports & Scorecards, including Sales Target/Realization (Weekly & Monthly) and CRM/Activity reports, for regular updates to stakeholders.
Lead the Sales Operations associate for the CRM Tool (VEEVA), acting as the liaison between the Sales Team and the global CRM team for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on Veeva, and leading developmental projects with the global team.
Address Ad-Hoc Reporting Requirements from relevant stakeholders promptly.
Design the Sales Incentive program, implement the Sales Incentive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and prepare incentive payout reports quarterly/semesterly in collaboration with HR teams.
Lead and conduct refreshment trainings on Veeva CRM, weekly/monthly reports, and incentive processes for the sales team on a periodic basis.
Analyze Data to Draw Conclusions, identify best and worst practices, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Lead Affiliate Targeting Exercises and collaborate with all stakeholders.
Engage in Omni-Channel Engagement Processes, identifying target customer data sets.
Lead training on Lilly Sales Operations for new hires including Sales Representatives (SRs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), Access Managers and Business Unit Directors (BUDs).
Act in accordance with confidentiality and other relevant procedures regarding the processing of personal information.
Education:
Experience:
10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals
5 years of pharmaceuticals management experience including sales, marketing or Sales operations in pharmaceuticals.
