Informa TechTarget is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Sales Enablement team. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll play a pivotal part in driving the performance of our sales organization by equipping them with the tools, resources, and insights they need to engage buyers effectively throughout their purchase journey.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in B2B marketing, revenue enablement, and sales support, with training and guidance from a supportive team. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Sales Enablement, you’ll collaborate across departments, gain high-profile exposure within the organization, and enjoy significant opportunities for professional growth.
Empower Sales Success: Drive revenue growth by creating and maintaining compelling sales collateral and resources, including pitch decks, email templates, ABM analyses, data insights, and proposal support that highlight Informa TechTarget’s unique value proposition.
Identify Opportunities: Monitor product developments, industry events, and social media feeds to uncover opportunities for sales engagement with prospective clients.
Tailor Resources for EMEA: Continuously update and maintain sales support materials to ensure they are relevant and impactful for the EMEA market.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales representatives, joining calls when necessary, to understand their needs and provide tailored support that drives results.
Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of long-term initiatives that align with the broader goals of the Sales Enablement team, contributing to the team’s overall success.
We’re seeking a motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, marketing, product marketing, or customer success.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
A highly organized and self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities, meet deadlines, and achieve goals independently.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and departments.
The ability to manage competing priorities, embrace challenges, celebrate successes, and learn from setbacks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience is a plus.
