Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) exists to help our field teams win more, retain more, and save time by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, tools, and behaviors needed to succeed in their current role and the next.
GTME partners closely with Global Business leadership, GTM Operations, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and GTM Technology to drive go‑to‑market execution, skills transformation, and business change. Our work spans scaled global programs, local and segment-specific enablement, and in‑the‑flow learning experiences powered by data, AI, and modern learning design. We believe enablement succeeds when it drives measurable behavior change and business outcomes—not just content delivery.
As Sr. Director, Global Enablement – LTS, you will lead enablement strategy and execution for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions go‑to‑market organization. You will partner directly with senior LTS sales and GTM leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, and opportunities to shift the performance curve through data‑driven enablement.
You will oversee a global team of Enablement Leaders and Sales Performance Consultants, responsible for designing and delivering enablement that balances scale and relevance—from multi‑quarter global initiatives to targeted, local interventions.
• Translate LTS business priorities into a clear, strategic enablement roadmap grounded in data and insights
• Partner with senior LTS, GTM Operations, Product, and cross‑functional leaders
• Lead large‑scale enablement programs tied to GTM motions and product launches
• Drive sustained behavior change through practice, reinforcement, and manager enablement
• Balance global frameworks with local and segment‑specific enablement
• Leverage AI and in‑the‑flow of work tools to accelerate productivity and coaching
• Lead and develop a geographically diverse global enablement organization
• Serve as a trusted advisor connecting enablement to business outcomes
• 10+ years experience across sales enablement, sales strategy, GTM ops, or transformation
• 7+ years people leadership experience
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• 3+ years managing managers globally
• Proven experience leading multi‑year transformation initiatives
• Expertise in sales skills enablement, coaching, onboarding, and GTM execution
• Experience in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment

The pay range for this role is $190,000-$308,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
