Performance Insights: Analyze and interpret data to provide comprehensive insights into sales representative and team performance. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
Planning and Forecasting: Fuel revenue planning and forecasting efforts through advanced data analysis and modeling to help set realistic, company-aligned sales targets and track progress.
Account Segmentation and Optimization: Drive account segmentation strategies, utilizing data to optimize account prioritization, resource allocation, and revenue growth.
Salesforce Enhancement: Support and expand our global Salesforce Reports and Dashboards ecosystem. You will work within our shared environment to enhance existing reporting structures and build sophisticated new visibility tools for the team.
Collaboration on Data Initiatives: Partner with the broader RevOps team on large-scale, data-heavy initiatives, ensuring data integrity and high-quality outputs across all commercial systems.
Commercial AI Roadmap Support: Act as the primary analytical resource for tracking the success and adoption of AI initiatives, providing the data-driven feedback loop necessary to measure the impact of our AI roadmap.
Predictive Modeling Potential: Have the opportunity to learn and eventually support Salesforce Einstein/Predictive Modeling to help move the organization from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Proven ability to work autonomously to manage complex data projects and ad-hoc reporting from start to finish with minimal oversight.
4–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a high-level analytical role.
Strong skills in building and optimizing Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to solve complex business questions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint in packaging data into concise, "executive-ready" insights.
A genuine interest in learning new platforms; someone who is excited by the potential to expand their skill set into AI and predictive modeling.
Advanced/Native English skills with the ability to break down technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
A "detective" mindset—you don’t just pull data; you find the "why" behind the numbers and ensure 100% accuracy.
Experience with Sisense, CRM Analytics/Tableau, or similar BI tools to build sophisticated visualizations and interactive dashboards is a strong plus.
