Conduct routine data analysis to generate reports and provide insights into sales performance.
Support the management and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Provide support in documenting and optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and IT, to facilitate smooth communication and alignment on reporting requirements.
Assist in the development and maintenance of user-friendly dashboards for real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
Evaluating existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics, aiding informed decision-making.
Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce reporting tools and processes.
Design and implement custom reports and dashboards tailored to the specific needs of sales teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Implement automation processes to reduce manual data entry and ensure data consistency.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
May be required to support Sales Operations help desk team on occasion, as requested by Line Manger
Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
Degree and 0-3 years professional experience
0-2 years SFDC experience
Fundamental knowledge of Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
BA/BS in Business or in a related field
