We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist II that will serve as a partner to our Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams and assist end users through communication, issue resolution, and system maintenance while maintaining ease of use and data integrity.
Identify gaps in automation and/or revenue team tools and participate in process improvement activities. Drive process efficiency and data integrity using data insights and technology.
Assist with regular communications (internal communication platforms, monthly newsletter, chatter or other communication channels). Act as a daily point of contact for the Sales and CX teams and other cross-functional areas of support. Respond to and resolve support needs with urgency and attention to detail. Act as system administrator or have ownership of revenue team tools. Ensure quality of data within our revenue team tools through reporting and escalation.
Delivers proactive training to all new and established users of Sales and CX team tools & processes to ensure they are used in the most efficient and effective manner. Effectively updates end users on new enhancements to systems or processes.
Create, update and maintain high quality revenue team documentation, including tools and processes. Routinely maintain revenue ops repositories, internal folder systems, etc.
Provides project level assistance to revenue operations team members.
Be a subject matter expert within the tools used by Sales and CX organization
Bachelor’s degree – business administration, operations, marketing, or related field
1-5 years’ experience in analyst related field (CX, marketing, sales, or business).
Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to leaders.
Organized and capable of contributing to multiple projects with different deadlines.
Experience with common tools such as Salesforce, quote/order systems
Tolerance of ambiguity and able to creatively solve problems effectively.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
