We seek an experienced, highly professional individual who will manage and oversee large scale digital and technology project implementations required in the CST Americas.
Will provide program leadership for the critical digital transformation efforts for CST Americas.
Work closely with key stakeholders and the IT team to develop and contribute to transformative technology and process solutions
Accountable for managing digital transformation portfolio of projects’ scope, timeline and delivery.
Understand the vision and strategic intent of the solution, empathize with customer needs and pain points, iterate on concepts and possible solutions
Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plans for the full lifecycle of digital initiatives using the company’s tools. Implement improved digital initiatives to develop creative solutions and drive process improvement.
Manage and collaborate on all phases of program through successful delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively transform various internal reports into meaningful performance dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Be proactive in holding stakeholders accountable for delivering on the plan laid out, including developing infrastructure necessary to drive clear accountability across teams.
Own the timeline for execution and establish key milestones. Report on the development progress, risks and issues.
Coordinate across multiple teams and different disciplines to ensure accurate and quality feature delivery; identify and track cross-team dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a solution, understand and suggest tradeoffs for priorities and create robust user testing mechanisms.
Be curious and willing to learn new things fast
Associate’s Degree
5+ year of experience of software product manager, product owner, and/or business analyst
2+ years of hands-on experience in operations and experience developing and/or delivering technical solutions across data, analytics, and technology
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
Demonstrated experience in change management
Experienced in the use of CRM tools
Ability to develop and articulate technical and organizational solutions to address business needs
Experience with adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
