At CarOnSale, we are building the leading B2B marketplace for the professional automotive trade across Europe. As a fast-growing automotive tech company, we combine deep industry knowledge with scalable technology to digitise and simplify complex trading processes.
To strengthen our Salesforce team, we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who wants to take real ownership, build scalable integrations, and drive technical excellence in a high-impact environment.

Take full ownership of our bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core backend systems — one of the most critical technical components in our sales infrastructure.
Improve and modernise our existing Salesforce codebase
Develop new features from scratch
Ensure long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability
Work closely on Sales Cloud implementations
Continuously optimise sales processes and automation
Partner with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services
Work with event-driven architectures
Ensure clean API communication and reliable data flows
Help evolve internal processes and structures
Implement best practices in Salesforce development
Support administrative tasks where necessary (profiles, permissions, flows, configurations)
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud
Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems
Experience with event-driven architectures
Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SQL
Solid front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
Comfortable working across both development and admin topics
Salesforce certifications are a plus
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
