Noctrix Health is seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager professional to join our Finance team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between Sales and Finance, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and the scalability of our revenue processes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day health of our CRM environment and the accuracy of our sales analytics.
***This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Pleasanton Headquarters. We require an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.***
Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Support the ownership of sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. You will analyze performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights via dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel
Process Optimization: Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales process. This includes automating workflows to ensure seamless handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Patient Access teams
CRM Administration: Serve as the primary support for day-to-day SFDC functions, ensuring data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy
Compensation & Incentives: Partner with Finance to track commission structures, ensuring accurate payouts and providing visibility into earnings and quotas for the sales team
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to align on corporate goals and automate data flows between systems
Strategic Execution: Work closely with management teams to translate corporate goals into executional insights for analysis and reporting
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Experience: 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance, Data Science
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data visualization tools, and financial modeling using Excel. Ability to manipulate data sets via SQL, SOQL, PowerBI, or Python
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and improve operational productivity
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments
Must be able to work at the office three days a week
